Screening is basically Assessment / Screening Test, given to candidates to evaluate them. Recruiter can create Questionnaires on any subject they wish to test their candidates on. A recruiter can create a Questionnaire and assign the same to candidates for any of the jobs that has been created on Talboxx and where recruiter is a collaboration member. Tests can be assigned to candidates who have been added to any of the stages from 'cv collector' onwards.
